These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Insydr mobile application (the "App"), provided by InfiniDim Enterprises Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App.
Insydr is an educational and informational tool. It aggregates publicly available insider and legislator share-transaction disclosures (such as ASX directors' Appendix 3Y filings and US Congressional STOCK Act disclosures) and lets you create simulated ("paper") portfolios and backtests to study how such trades might have performed.
Important:
Information in the App may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and is provided for general educational purposes only. Past performance and backtested results do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consider obtaining advice from a licensed financial adviser before acting. You use any information from the App at your own risk.
Market prices and disclosure data are obtained from third-party and public sources (e.g. Yahoo Finance, House/Senate Stock Watcher, ASX disclosures). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of this data. Backtests use daily closing prices only (no intraday data), so simulated fills and returns are approximations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems; (c) resell or commercially redistribute the App's data or outputs; or (d) misrepresent the App's simulated results as real trading performance.
The App, its design, and its original content (excluding third-party data) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Third-party data remains the property of its respective owners.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that data will be accurate or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under non-excludable consumer laws (e.g. the Australian Consumer Law).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any investment losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free app, is AUD $0).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without limiting any non-excludable statutory rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
