This Privacy Policy explains how InfiniDim Enterprises Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Insydr mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Insydr is an educational and informational tool. It surfaces publicly disclosed insider and legislator share transactions (e.g. ASX directors' Appendix 3Y filings and US Congressional STOCK Act disclosures) and lets you build simulated ("paper") portfolios to study them. The App does not place real trades, hold money, or connect to any brokerage. Nothing in the App is financial advice. See our Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account information — your email address and display name, used to create and secure your account. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we do not store your password.
• In-app content and settings — the directors, tickers and sectors you follow; simulated ("paper") trades and portfolio settings you create; auto-copy rules; notification and display preferences.

Information collected automatically:

• Device push token — if you enable notifications, so we can deliver alerts.
• Technical/log data — basic request and error logs (e.g. timestamps, error messages) used to operate and debug the service.

We do not collect real financial-account details, payment card numbers, or bank information, because the App does not process real money.

3. How We Use Your Information

• create, secure and operate your account;
• provide core features (following, alerts, simulated portfolios, backtests);
• send push notifications you have enabled;
• maintain, debug, secure and improve the App;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase (Authentication, and Cloud Messaging for push) — account identity and device tokens. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting / content delivery — our backend is served via Cloudflare; standard connection metadata is processed to route requests.
• Market & disclosure data sources — public price data (e.g. Yahoo Finance) and public disclosure datasets (e.g. House/Senate Stock Watcher). These provide market data to the App; we do not send them your personal information.

5. Push Notifications

If you opt in, we use your device push token to send alerts (new filings, cluster signals, digests). You can turn notifications off at any time in the App's Settings or your device settings.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@asxinsider.com. Deletion removes your profile, follows, simulated trades, rules, settings and authentication record. Anonymous/aggregated and shared reference data (e.g. public filings) are not personal to you and are retained.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport/HTTPS, managed authentication, access controls) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the EU/UK GDPR, or similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the App, or by contacting us at support@asxinsider.com.

10. International Users & Data Location

We may process and store data in Australia and in the regions where our service providers operate. By using the App you consent to such transfer and processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
